What Your Journey Will Entail

Hello, my name is Sierra Marines and welcome to my Mr. and Mrs. Independent blog. This blog is adjusted in order to help you become more confident with doing things on your own. There may be major events and others will seem minor, nevertheless let's become more independent together. This journey is not going to be easy and it is not intended to only have oneself in life, but it is a resource to help people become more accepting of being by themselves sometimes.

There will be three main categories to this blog. Those include: Big Steps, Friends and Family and Hobbies. Each of these categories will contain information and insight to how to take certain situations to hopefully make them easier.

Big Steps

This section of the blog will contain tips, tricks and crucial information on how to go about being independent. This part is not about anyone else besides you; it doesn't concern your family, friends, bosses, coworkers, nobody but yourself. I like to think of the term "adulting" for this category.

Friends and Family

Now, this blog is not here to get you to be completely isolated. We all need human interaction in our lives, so this category is for those who may not live with family anymore, or struggle with friend groups etc. It is a way to build strong relationships while not being dependent on others and being able to take time for oneself.

Hobbies

A lot of hobbies include other people. It may be hard to find activities you like if you're all by yourself, so this is here to help you find hobbies that you can take on by yourself. It will encourage you to embrace your love for certain activities by yourself and if wanted, this blog can guide you to building a connection with someone else in order to have someone to do your favorite things with.
